First time searching dimes in over a year $250 in mixed cw/bank rolls. 4 silvers 1964 x2, 1963, and a 1943 canadian dime. Perhaps I'll search more.

My third box of halves didn't come in like it was supposed to yesterday, so I grabbed a box of dimes... I'll search it tomorrow and into the weekend... not expecting much - I find about 1.5 silvers per box and 6-7 2009 dated coins typically.

I found a 1954-D silver Roosevelt just sitting in a Coinstar reject tray. I later found a nice 1924 Buffalo nickel sitting on the courtesy desk counter, so I was quite lucky.

20 rolls into my box, and so far the ONLY notable coin is a BU 2009-D. This is why I hate searching dime boxes!

UPDATE: Roll 39 produced a silver... also found a second 2009-D... and that was it as far as the keepers.

Thanks, jbuck... It was quite a grind. Next time I have a whim to get a dime box, kick me in the butt and tell me to get two nickel boxes, would you?

Today one of my banks called me to say they had $700 in cwr of dimes and $200 in cwr of nickels. So I went to pick them up and unfortunately I only had $500 on me so I picked up $300 in dimes and the $200 in nickels. I just finished up the dimes and it was one my my better pickups I had in a long long time. Probably one of my top 3 pickup of dimes...

Halfway through yielded this beauty, this is the first for me, and also got 3-1964 and 1-1957 roseys. I think I will be going back to get the other rolls they offered me, in hopes I can at least get a few more silvers.
