lst year was 276.at least 350 this year so got to go up.girl at the bank showed me a Flying Eagle penny she got yesterday.couldnt read the date but either 1857 0r 1858.ive never found one in circulation ive done pennies for years.got about 65,000 wheats |

got my last 2 boxes for the year.went out with a bang.got 8 silvers.2 were mercurys.my years total was 358.cant wait to get started tuesday for next year

Wow! That's quite a haul Grime5! You've inspired me to do the same thing, but on a smaller scale. I'm going to shoot for 52 silver dimes in 2018. I figure one a week is doable. :) I'm also going to search nickels, but I'm not sure what my goal there should be.

I have started searching dimes again. 2 boxes 2 Roosies. I don't know if I will search much dimes but I want to in between Half Dollar boxes. Maybe I can make my goal for the year 100 Silver Dimes. But what I really want to find is a Barber. I have found a Half Dime in a coin reject slot if that counts. |

thats about all I look for I found a few proofs and 1996w on some of the edges that looked super shinny

I searched a pathetic 9,400 dimes in 2017. I found all of 1 silver (1964-D), and only 9 2009 dated coins (3 2009-P, 6 2009-D). Don't feel too bad for me though as I found 57 silver dimes in Coinstars in 2017.
I plan on searching a lot more dimes this year.

8 rolls of dimes searched today... pulled 1 2009-D... Two of the rolls had 52 coins, the other 6 had 51 coins, so I came out $1 ahead!
