I'm going to say AU-58, with the chatter marks on both sides, fingerprint and some staining. I also see what looks like some rub on the oak leaves, cap and eagles legs.

MS60 or 61 maybe. Obverse spotting and fingerprints hurt as much as the chatter and bag marks.
