This is my first post and this is a 1995d cent that I found roll searching and wanted to know if this is a doubled eye lid.

You've come to the right place for help on things like this

Great pics! I assume you're talking about the "action" below the eye. I see what you're talking about but don't know whether that'd count as a double or not. The spot in front of the beard also looked almost like an off kilter double of the chin, but don't think it lines up.

The experts will be along soon.

I was looking at just to the right of and connected to the eye lid, I am not sure what that is.

Looks like a well placed "bubble" that the zinc cents like to do, but I'm still learning.

the mark NE of the eye is on all the Cents from that year to some degree. It is just part of the design. Check others from that year and see if you can see them. That is the best way to rule out an anomaly for a year. Check others and see if they all look like that?
