I found this 1947p Wheat cent and was trying to find out what type of doubling this was on the reverse, look at UNUM, "E" in one and "T" in cent.

I'd say Machine Doubling, frequently called MD here on the forum. No premium.

An image of the E PLURIBUS might help. The devices look wider on that side. (The ones in the image that appears.) See if the dot between the E & P is egg shaped? The UNUM looks like Machine Doubling or heavy die wear, the the left side look more interesting. But the PL looks thinner. So another image of the left side might help?

I will try to post more pics later today, I am leaning toward die wear, the doubling only appears on the right side of the coin, everything else looks pretty much normal. The dot between the E&P is round.
