I do see what I think is notching, but I'll let you decide also maybe some extra thickness? Notch on the A- states, M - unum, N- united. what do yall think of it?

I don't think it's doubling, just some PMD nicks. Not sure about the M, though. Nice die gouge on the reverse though!

It might be die flow affecting the edges of the devices. These start to form on coins in the LDS and VLDS die states. Usually seen on the fields, but evenually wear out the edges of the devices, usually on the ones toward the rim.
