Hi Nohope

Have I seen this cent before ? I seem to remember the silverey hair from another post .

The cent looks like a 63 to me, the chatter on the cheek,jaw line and forhead the discoloration on the obverse, and the spots on the reverse are all hits for the grade.

Can you tell what the discoloration is from ?
