The tiny white spots are from the cardboard 2X2. I should have blew them off with my lens duster. Anyway, here he is (new pics): swcoin.ecrater.com

The clean fields look like a 65 to me.

Gosh it's hard to go any more exacting than 65 on those small pics. But yeah, and it's a Red rascal, too. Pretty coin!

Very nice red LWC. The fields are so clean I wouldn't be surprised with an MS65Rd designation.

I didn't see the old pics, but with these pics, I would definitely say MS65RD.

It's a beauty; I'm with Jim1953: MS64
I cant tell what's going on on Abe's shoulder, sideburns, and hair...looks like a rub...there are two bag marks on the obverse..one heavy, one typical.
on the reverse: there's a scratch inside the "O" in ONE, substantial bag marking on the "O" in ONE.
to me, 65 is doable; but it's a push...I wouldnt go down to 63.

Very nice. MS66RD. Do we have to explain our answers? I'll explain this one, anyway. It's lightly scratched, I'm not blind. But for it to have escaped any spotting, whatsoever, I just can't see lumping it in with the barely-making-the-cut 65s, I think that would be a miscarriage of justice.

I don't think it'd make 66. Here's the reverse of my 1939-D NGC MS-66....compare them.

Yours is oozing luster and his reverse is hit a little more, but his lighting is softer this time around and the coin is shot from within a 2X2, all of which will contribute to subduing the coin's reflectivity, especially on one that's trying as hard as this one is to tone. I'll still give it a shot (even money, let's call it) at a 66RD.
PS: BTW, can we see your obverse side?
