I'd say a VF25. The S looks like the right type of S but I'm not too sure about the placement and rotation. There is a link on this forum that has the overlaid placements for the S. Try a search for more info. nlp

Its on the F15/VF20 fence. Obverse appears fine while the reverse is VF20-25

You're too tough Jim. LOL

There is separation between the cheek and jaw, this makes it a technical VF. VF-25 looks about right.
