Looking at some medals online and came across this, not sure what it is as there was no description. Year 1907 and 3 inches is it.

Three inches is pretty big. I've got a Lincoln Cent that's three inches. They sell those and other old coin replicas of the sort in tourist/novelty shops. I think some people use them as drink coasters.
