It couldn't be PMD as the opposite edge would have suffered damage. A nice Lamenation peel or strike through something. Just not a normal strike.

The texture of it does have the appearance of a delamination but I have never seen one that angular Get a weight on it, that should tell you whether it is a delamination or struck-through.

Thats pretty wild. I've never seen a perfect rectangular shaped lamination, so I would definately lean toward Struck Through. But, the big question is what.
