The loss of lettering at the top of the obverse makes this an interesting MAD ... but not worth a significant premium to most collectors. The weakness in "USA" on the reverse is not associated with the MAD ..... unless you tell us this coin has a 180 degree die rotation. Bottom line ...... looks like a typical mis-aligned die (MAD) to me ..... worthy of keeping in your own personal collection of curiosities as a great circulated find....
