It is not wise to post in a public forum, the admittance to ownership of valuable coins. Besides drawing the envy of members here, you will also draw the attention of any low lifes that is lurking around.

Interesting and "cool" find you got their rick, except what the heck is it! A trade token for what? Looks fancy with that hole there.

Thats not funny to joke about I lost part of my collection ok and trust they took all my bullion and favorite coins. And if it is worth 100.00 dollars they will take it. It's not funny to joke like that at all

Quoted for great truth. I will say, though, that I believe what would be my current answer might be changing soon, and that lim118 himself will have caused it to happen.

Mine because of the grade it is in,is not worth anything but sentimental value, and that's good enough.1869 Shield nickel, that someone gave my great grandmother when she was a little girl.Hard to believe she wouldn't spend it being a kid and all,but it's been past down to me,and I treasure it more than all the coins I own.sn31.

Sn31, you said it very well, It is not the value so much as the sentimentality-or a memorable circumstance that makes our particular coin a treasure. Dewey
