It looks very nice, I would say MS-65 I think the weakness around the ear is from a weak strike which New Orleans Morgans are notorious for

I agree,it looks like a typical New Orleans weak strike noticable in the hair above the ear and on the eagles breast. From the pic,it looks like there might be some bag marks around the neck and under the chin on the obverse and a light scratch across the eagles breast. Hard to tell without better pics. I would say MS 64 to stay on the safe side. Still a beautiful coin.
