Is that a scratch on the right stalk on the reverse?

Looks like it has a pretty good size dig by the B in PLURIBUS. Aside from that and the possible scratch, I think it is a pretty attractive coin, especially for that date. 12-D is a tough one.

Looks like real close to EF. I'll say VF-35.
