You should post it in the classic forum. That's where the VAMmers hang out. Maybe you can have the mod's move it for you.

the top one looks like maybe a VAM-38 the second one may be a 8TF VAM-6 but can't really tell because its so worn and the pup's are so light on this VAM

I have to go with Bryan on the Vam-6 on the bottom one. (It's more that lack of pick up points) The Eye lacks the spikes and the (A) on the reverse has no gouge that I can see. And there is only 5 that it could be.
The top is a Vam-38 the nose and tail feathers are the give away. (Great job Bryan)

Number one is indeed a VAM 38 (5TF showing, space between eagle's right wing and leg, strongly doubled liberty and notched 7).

Number two has the A1K reverse (VAMs 14.1, 14.1A and 14.10). I don't see the diagnostic dot at the 11 o'clock position next to the 6th right star for the 14.1/14.1A, so look very closely at the bonnet for a diagnostic die crack. Here's the link on what to look for:

I hope it's the 14.10 is a bit scarcer than the other two!

Here are the two reverses discussed. The A1d reverse (VAMs 6, 7, 14.5, 14.8, and 14.19) note how the lower feathers curve inward.

For Zohar's example, note how they curve outward and you can just count three.

Those two reverses are similar and I've been fooled on several occasions. Here they are side-by-side. The VAM 9 (lower picture) is distinctly separated from the leg and only two feathers show.
