The 1926 PD was reported UNC ... and it could well be, but the obverse has a significant ding on the cheek bone ... and although it has some luster, it isn't stunning; the reverse has better luster, but also slight rubs and what looks like a light finger print.
The 1926S was a circulated coin ... attractive, but weak strike and rubs ... slight scratches indicate it may/may have been lightly cleaned by the photos ...
