yes he is a member on another forum I used to go to and from what I have read about him he plays with a photo editor to enhance the colors on allot of his photos

I took that into account too. I have won bids on amazingly toned coins and when you actually get it in hand, it's not as spectacular as the photo. I'm still sure this one is pretty nice though.

I don't believe there's a chance that it's NT. Toning a coin already in a slab is a known process.

Yes and there have been quite a few well known cases of it also. its not a hard process either and when considering you usually take very common coins and do it to them the reward is pretty big also which makes it worth the risk of being caught for less than reputable sellers
