I agree it's Fine, maybe F+ or F15, but not strong enough for VF. Nice looking coin that retains some of it's original patina.

$30 or so in value.

Awesome, thanks guys. I was leaning more towards fine when looking at it. This coin was at a pawn shop they graded it at VG and listed for $50.00 I wasn't sure so I figured id ask here first. I had to assume they inflated it and were self grading. : /
