Got this little guy in my change and I simply can't read whatever it says. About a mm larger than a Can or US penny.

This is a coin from Taiwan with the denomination of 1 dollar (yuan). If I am right the year is 1981 (year 70 on the coin).

Yes sir, 1981. If you received it as a penny, you got 3x times the amount.

It has the image of Chiang Kaishek on the obverse.
