Dont know if these will sell out fast or not but I thought I would give ya all a heads up....The Server was extreamly slow and phone line to The Bureau of Engraving and Printing has been busy for the last hour. Infact when I submitted my order I got an Error, however I received an Email confirmation that my payment went through. Edited by Tpatna 08/14/2006 8:23 pm

The thing that makes me worried is I received an error during checkout when paying because the server was busy. I never received a confirmation on the website but I did receive a confirmation for the correct total in my email...the confirmation I got gave me a Pay.gov Tracking ID, and a Payment Agency Tracking ID....I hope this means I got one before they sold out

I just called The Bureau of Engraving and Printing to confirm my order. She said it sounds like it went through seeing I got a Payment Agency Tracking ID. She did tell me they are taking names for a waiting list in case someone cancels

Well, as I figured. I got screwed out of this order. I never received an order confirmation so I called today and spoke with a coustomer service rep. They told me there was no such order number. The guy told me the orders went from 297262, skipped mine and went to 297264. It is obvious I had my order placed and secured and paid for and now I am being told I will not receive what I ordered and paid for. Here we are 8 days later and they still have my money and no records of my order. I even sent them my payment confirmation. They told me to call a supervisor and I will be put on a waiting list if someone cancels - Like that will ever happen seeing there were only 2,000 sets. The limit was 25 per order. I'm sure the big guys all got them and the little guys got ignored. The number they gave me was the same number I called. I'm not sure where to go from here....any suggestions from my family forum members ?

OK folks...After much wait and many phone calls, I finally received my set. Serial number for all for notes is - 00003953 A Looks like the $2.00 note is a Star note .jpg) .jpg) .jpg) .jpg) .jpg) From what the lady told me, there was 10 coustomers with the same issue as I had and they had a special meeting and decided to cut some peoples order who ordered the limit of 25 sets. Its nice to know that I have 1 of only 2000 sets... Tim

I have been hearing that these coins have a Satin Finish, and if that is true there is only 4000 of them that have been minted. Anyone else know anything about this?

Very interesting Bryan. Where did you hear this from? If this is true, the set will be even more valuable. I can post better pics of the Quarters if you like.
