I'm trying to get a document camera for my class next semester. Most of the document cameras run in the $500s. Do USB microscopes show video of what is being examined?

Also, what is a pretty good microscope? I don't need really high magnification, just a macro focus and a clear image.

It has 4 LED's so I covered 3 of them with a small bit of electrical tape and it works great for coins with not too much light.
