The scanner images are useless for grading as they hide too much detail. I enlarging the first pic, I do not believe I see wear in the hair or the tie. The scanner image of the obverse would tend to show a finger print but it seems too big and wonder if it is the scan. This could go anywhere from damaged and AT to MS.
