I took a good hard look at the original full-size auction pics, and have to reluctantly conclude that they got the grade right. It's just a tad softly-struck, and the reverse has just a little bit too much going on to comfortably raise it to 66. The fact that you have to look at full-size, high-resolution pics to see this stuff says a lot about the coin, though. It's near the top of 65.

Will consider the "+" option at PCGS though, because it should have a chance at that, but I agree with SuperDave that it is not an honest 66.

It looks like wear in the hair on the obverse bhut the reverse no wear and good luster.
This leads me to think the wear may be weak strike.
