VF-30. I dont see enough detail under the liberty band for an XF

I would say XF easy. The bottom band is complete although there is some hair detail loss.

Im darn near AU 50, too...that coin does not look like it's been circulated.....much.
Corrosion on the obverse is harsh.

I think the coin is at least XF45, but the 1914-D quarters are known to have poor strikes so I am leaning towards AU50. For example the weakly struck star at 4 o'clock on the obverse correlates with the weakness in the tip of the wing feathers on the reverse.
In hand, I don't see any signs of corrosion.
I have some free submissions with PCGS so I am considering submitting this coin. I'll post the results if I do.

I thought the D mint usually had the good strikes and O mint were poor. Did that change after the O mint was decommissioned?

Nod2003, I used David Lawrence's Complete Guide to Barber quarters as a reference and many of the later dated Barber quarters at all branches had weak strikes according to him.
