I have no idea but the rooster with the snake in his mouth is very interesting.

Now I know that this is a coin-medal, named Osella di Murano ,from Alvise Pisani 1735-1741, Venetia.The legal authorities were giving the members of the council of the republic in the day of new year these kind of pieces.
