This thread is a little dated but I don't see much has changed either. Today I walked into Wells Fargo and bought 2 boxes of quarters and two boxes of Lincolns. So far we have gone through one box of quarters. No silver. I have not even been checking the face of the quarters. Just the edges. I'm looking for silver or if I see a real pretty edge, I will pull it to fill my State Quarters. I think the edges say it all. Anymore though, I just don't believe silver gets through coin counters etc. It sounds clanky and the few that were left are long gone now. I'll work on my Lincolns next, where at least I think I will have a fair chance. Anyone like searching any other rolls? The bank wouldn't give me any Kennedy halves. None.

Picked up $100.00 in rolls today from TD Bank.

Pleasantly surprised to find this in one of the rolls!

Chuckser, after all of the quarter boxes I have searched in past month and having found none, I just have one thing to say. Jerk! Just kidding. That is awesome and considering how long it's been in circulation, the quality is nice too! Very nice. Find some more!

Last week, I went through a combination of $290 in CWR and $210 in Fed-wrapped rolls. The Fed-wrapped rolls yielded nothing, except for one Canadian quarter. The CWR's, though, yielded two silvers: 1934 and 1951.

This week, I went through $410 in CWR and $90 Fed-wrapped. I found the following:

*1 silver, a 1964.
*4 Canadian: 1973 (it has this interesting design to honor the centennial of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police), 1977, 2001, and 2008.
*An English Five New Pence coin from 1970, which has been demonetized in the UK for about 20 years now.
