Two different nice errors in one bag. Very nice. Is the date readable on the coin? It doesn't appear so in the photo. If not I would mark the holder as coming out of a 1996 BU bag.

pyrbob, the only numeral showing is what I'm assuming is a very distorted 6.

I see, I assumed you had a bag of BU 1996 cents. I agree this appears to be a 6. Still a nice bag.
