You could be, when your bank gets a 500$ increment they send it out with their change carrier. They then package it and roll it into boxes (the ones you buy), for a fee for the bank. (this is why non member banks dont like to order for you), it costs them money for each box you order. Once it gets to the change carrier, what they do with it is their poicy. I have heard from a BRINKS carrier that they use the first in first out policy. I dont know if other carrier's "rotate" stock of coins once their boxed. Even if you called I dont know if they would tell you that, if you could corner a driver they might know. This is what I learned from my banker.
