I was curious what the best method of getting coins grades. I briefly looked at some of the sites do I need to join their membership to get stuff graded?

PCGS and NGC require membership if you want to submit them directly. You can choose to use a dealer who has a membership and offers this as a service for an additional fee. ANACs does not require a membership and I don't believe Dominion Grading Service (formerly ICG) requires one. Their website will confirm this. I wouldn't recommend any other services.

ANA members also can submit directly to NGC.

DGS was formerly PCI not ICG. ANACS was formerly ICG. ICG was formerly ANACS.
