I bought this Morgan in a CCF auction (linked). Jamez was the seller and I thought the price was very fair ($96 delivered).

Anyway, I sent it to PCGS this month as my quarterly "freebie" and got the grade today. Any guesses?

Hint: It looks a touch better in hand and I am happy with the grade!

Thanks Jamez!

Decent details, though weak rims. Nice and original. I'm going to go with G-06.

I'm going to take a wild stab at this one, I never buy coins like this.
Not that I'm loaded, but I stick to higher grades when the budget is about $40 + or - occationaly splurging.. I like the rims so and the reverse feathers..I don't think its fine and I don't know where my book is so.....VG8..Is there an 8 grade? LOL I will have to find my book, but I think It was money well spent!

I will go with VG8 due to wear around the outsides.

On second thought I'm going to drop that grade some to G6. Its still a nice coin and I'd love to have it!

The weak rims make me want to say G6 but the Eagle right wing and Lady's hair say VG8 so I'll go with the latter VG8. nlp

In my opinion PCGS tends to over grade a little so I say they called it an F12.
