Please give me your opinion on this Standing Liberty quarter as to whether it has been cleaned or not. It is very difficult for me to tell and I need your input as I have seven days to return the coin. Also, what grade and value do you think it would carry?

It looks unnaturally clean and it has that dull look of being dipped.

I agree, looks like some hairlines under the eagle's right wing, and on the wall under "We Trust"

Unfortunately it is hard to get a pic of the coin inside the holder. The mail detail (obverse) and the feathers on the reverse are washed out on the pics, but are probably still showing on the coin.

Does it look cleaned to you?
Rest in Peace

It looks cleaned in some way to me too. Nice details though!
