I love it! Excellent coin! I'd call it a G-6 due to the reverse rim merging with the fields, but I love the overall appearance of it.

One of my all time favorite designs!

I agree with Johnny54321 that the rim merging on the Reverse is a knock against a VG grade but I there are too many details left in the shield (lower stars still visible) and all the stars on the sides of the Liberty are still visible and outlined. That in my mind trumps the rim merge so I'd give it a VG-8

G-6 seems like a reasonable grade. Nice 4 number date!

I'll go G6 as well because you can make out all 4 digits, but there is still pretty significant wear on the reverse. Obverse is a VG8-10 coin...but the reverse pulls it down.
