Somewhere in AU, but I am not seeing any luster though. My guess would be EF-45

I'd guess AU55. That's a great looking coin. Few dings here and there but not distracting. CDN puts a 50 @ $130.

Looks solid for AU-50, maybe a bit better. Common date, but nice.
Does the photo show the color accurately? If so I'd suspect some kind of artificial toning since I've never seen an example with such uniform orange-y tone.

Detail wise it's at least AU-55, the lack of luster may drop it a grade or two.
