It is caused by the T in LIBERTY chipping the reverse die during a clash. Looks like you can see an outline of the Y upside down on the 2nd bay.

Coop, that makes perfect sense! I always wondered why that area was prone to get a "Beehive" and not the other bays. Thanks!
