The strength of the strike shouldn't bear on the technical grade, here. This is a 50-55RB, uncharacteristically softly-struck, with noticeable damage to the rim, just under the date. Market-wise, I believe the TPGs do throw out the book on that one (strike), and, as such, could conceivably market grade this one XF, possibly pushing AU, for that strike-softness (as already noted)...
