I agree with Steve, 64RD. Great coin, I've always liked the look of high grade early Lincolns.

I think the shop owner was a little suprised too. This was in a display case that had dust all over it. I think he just let this one go with no arguments :-)

I think there's too much post-mint stuff going on with this coin to be 64.
onset staining/corrosion, particularly on the obverse rim ding at 3.5 o'clock obverse? rim ding at 2 o'clock on the reverse
in a push; MS63 no push: MS62
a beaut, nonetheless

Hard to tell just how bad the rim dings are but they definitely take it out of 65 range. The bag noise on the obverse plus carbon spots along with that scratch in the C in cents take it out of 64 but this coin is way too good for 62. So, by elimination MS-63 Rd and a beauty. Jim

Nice $20 acquisition on an easy 63RD (outside chance it's a 64RD, IMHO). Nine clear VDB on that sucker, too.
