I'm guessing AU50 with what looks to be damage at the bottom of the reverse.

Easy AU-55!

These "tweeners" are the fun ones to send to a TPG just to see what they say. There's a chance this could come back MS-63 on a good day.

Its good enough for one that you would have but no its one I got off of ebay. Paid $10 total gambling that it was an AU coin so I am pretty pleased with the consensus grade of AU.

Its definitely got the underlying luster of an AU coin.

With the exception of the gash on his forehead and in the right obverse field this coin is pretty smooth.
