It's clearly stated in the auction title: "Please note this is meant to be a fun auction! Coins are NOT worth 21 million. (I wish!) Make an offer!" Not sure what would be confusing or misleading here? Maybe his goal is to get more eyeballs on the listing by putting such a high price tag and forcing it towards the top of the search results if someone sorts by highest priced first.
