I have just received two goose neck lamps that take standard base bulbs, I am working with fluorescents right now, (these are much larger) will be experimenting with others soon. Another upgrade Advantage of the Canon is a remote view screen. I tried tethering to the laptop but the auto focus wouldn't work, need to go back through instructions. Results vary.
