Thad, is the upper loop of the "S" reflected in light? It looks like S/Sness to me.

My guess is EF45 with a nice chocolate brown color.

Once again, think about branch mint strike issues. The dies were fresh this year and this coin does have nice beard details, but SanFran had some problems making cents.

XF. Overall the fields are pretty clean. Several nicks on One Cent though. If the luster is there I might go low AU
