PCGS guide prices are often way too high, so I wouldn't rely on that. The coin is worth about what it sold for imho. Are you the buyer?

I agree with johnny54321. PCGS guide prices are usually inflated. A recent greysheet has a bid price of $8.75 and an ask price of $9.75 for the 1906-D in Good condition so it looks like it sold for the right price.
