Looks AU-ish based on what I can see. If you experiment with lighting and focus you can probably get much clearer photos.
The toning won't hurt the value much (if at all), as long as it's natural. You do see crescent-shaped tone patterns on Morgan dollars although such toning usually is lighter and less uniform in color. If this tone has been artificially applied it would reduce the value.
