Can't really tell from the images, the coin looks dipped and there appears to be wear on the breast feathers and eagles right leg. For now I'm going to say AU-55. Would like to see a better image of the reverse.

From the pics, the coin doesn't appear to be mint state and it needs to be in order to justify that price. You would have to see it in hand to decide. nlp
