Uncirculated Coins In Original Wrappers

pepechuck1 New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 05/09/2010 10:25 am When I aquire uncirculated coins in their original wrappers should I leave them in the original wrapper or can I take them out to examine them and then place them in a different container? Does this hurt the value of the coins? Report this Post to the Staff

vermontensium Moderator United States 16677 Posts	Posted 05/09/2010 11:13 am Welcome to the CCF. This will not hurt the value as long as you properly handle your coins. Hold them at the edges and place them in the container gently. That's all. I like the clear coin tubes personally.
