Reference to the right side of the eagles head is 3 - 4 lines as if it had been hit multiple times and is also on an olive leaf but I cant seem to get a good pic of it at this moment. . . any info on this please?

Hard to tell from the pics, can you get some better ones?

No one is ignoring you, it's just if they can't tell or form an opinion, they don't respond. Better pics would help. I would suspect ejection doubling, but I'm no pro by any means.

I know it's frustrating to post a thread and not get a response, so help the pros out with some better shots.

I must need a new prescription monitor; the second image appears to be the upper die, meaning that the stars and rays look incuse, below the surface.

Probably Machine Doubling, or the ejection doubling, or the magic bullet theory, etc... (just babbling now)

Something else that I have noted, the larger the coin, the more obvious some of the "doubling" can be. I have several Kennedy's that have "doubling" on the reverse; primarily the legends, and olive branches.

My first guess would be late die state, die erosion. (also, not an expert)

LOL - I kept rubbing my eyes, it looked like a reverse image to me, too!

It must be Machine Doubling, but very minor. Check the outside devices near the rim. The Machine Doubling will be strongest there.

Hard for me to tell, I did a blank planchet from a half roll one time, no rim, you can clearly see the Cu sandwich, it weighs out too
