With all this talk about VAMS I got my 3 morgans out LOL and this 1921 looked different. I know absolutly nothing about vams.
Are there any vams on this coin?

All Morgans are VAMs. Every single one. VAM numbers were assigned to all the major obverse and reverse die differences, so every Morgan qualifies as one VAM or another. Your 1921 shows nothing major at the scale pictured. Most of the 1921 variations relate to doubling and tripling, which won't be visible at the scale of your pictures. Do you have the ability to magnify the coin, even if not for pictures?

Is the "e" in "We" as weak as it looks?

Another point of interest for that coin is the edge reeding - is there any way you couls post a picture of it?

If it were a 1921D, it would be a very desirable VAM to have!! http://www.robjoyce.com/vams/1921_d_vam_1z.htm
