This appears to me to be struck through. Or is it post mint damage? It appears under a microscope that the flow lines flow through the area in question. Also the rim does not appear to be distorted. The reverse does have some irregularities, but I don't think enough for post mint damage. Opinions please. Thanks.

That looks like it could be an indent strike. But, wait for the pros on this one.

It is an indent strike, another planchet was overlapping that one when the coin was struck. Not too sure on value, probably less than $10 but it is a nice find

I agree and am also not up to date on value. My guess would be $10-$20.

Nice find. Partial Indent is worth about $15. Everyone is right on target.
