I took scans of this Buffalo nickel straight up and down in its mylar, and it appears rotated. Can anybody tell my how much, or how much its worth?

The degree of rotation on your Buffalo is actually common on coins dated in the 20's, especially 23,24,&25's.

Rotations of that degree were common for the buffalo and Jefferson nickels. Rotations of more than 90 degrees are highly collectible. You might be able to sell yours on ebay for $2 more than it is worth without the rotation, though.

Not sure it is worth any extra. I have a bunch of stuff with a slight rotation. Sorry. But it is still cool!

How do you all have them? I'm going to have to look at mine now.
