Im going VF20 if liberal; F-12 if conservative: because of extensive wear in the hair and on the buffalo's shoulder.

I think this is probably a VF30 nickel. The date is awesome (the very best indicator for this type) but the Indian shows a bit of lack of definition in the hair (I'm guessing probably a weak strike?). The reverse does show wear but not excessive.

So I'm going with VF30. So there.
